Friday Night Seafood Buffet

Experience Oglebay’s Seafood Buffet, offered every Friday night through March 30 from 5 – 9 pm in Ihlenfeld Dining Room.

2018 SEAFOOD BUFFET MENU
Salads & Cold Offerings:
-Chilled citrus poached peel & eat shrimp with spicy cocktail
-Smoked salmon display with fried capers, pickled onion, dill cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, tomato and onion
-Potato salad with grilled corn and roasted pepper
-Cilantro lime shrimp Caesar salad with avocado, soft boiled egg, Parmesan croutons and Greek yogurt Caesar dressing

Chef Station:
-Chef’s selection of seafood cakes cooked to order with rémoulade sauce, cocktail sauce and lemon garnish

Carving Station:
-Roasted prime rib with roasted garlic jus and horseradish cream
-Salmon fillet with dill and lemon

Dinner:
-Parmesan garlic roasted potatoes
-Chef’s vegetable medley
-Pierogies with brown butter, caramelized onions, English peas
-Chicken Piccata with Parmesan polenta cakes and roasted tomato garnish
-Crab stuffed flounder with lobster sauce
-Mediterranean style cod with roma tomatoes and olives
-New England seafood boil of little neck clams, mussels, new potatoes, corn on the cob and herb butter
-Fried shrimp, calms and scallops

Dessert:
-Seasonal confections from our pastry shop
