Enjoy all the benefits of paddle board yoga, with the added safety, comfort and beauty of Oglebay’s historic swimming pool! Taught by Lindsay Schooler, E-RYT and Certified SUP Yoga Center Instructor. All equipment is provided.
Each 60 minute session is either All Levels and open to beginners, or Intermediate and reserved for folks with a regular yoga practice. Not sure which is right for you? Email us to ask! Experience on a board IS NOT required for either class. All sessions are 9-10am, with added free time at the end for photos and to paddle around the pool!

Dress comfortably, as you would for a hot yoga class, or wear a bathing suit under something comfy. Towels are provided. Please wear sunscreen, arrive hydrated and at least ten minutes early. Note: Weight limit on our boards is 250lbs for comfort and safety of the participant.
