Enjoy all the benefits of paddle board yoga, with the added safety, comfort and beauty of Oglebay’s historic swimming pool! Taught by Lindsay Schooler, E-RYT and Certified SUP Yoga Center Instructor. All equipment is provided.
Experience on a board or in yoga IS NOT required. All sessions are 9-10am, with added free time at the end for photos and to paddle around the pool!
~ an introduction to the basics of the board
~ guided meditation
~ pranayama (breath work)
~ plenty of yoga asana and movement!
~ gentle stretching with introspection
~ savasana (soothing final relaxation)
~ photos + extra time to play & paddle!
Dress comfortably, as you would for a hot yoga class, or wear a bathing suit under something comfy. Towels are provided. Please wear sunscreen, arrive hydrated and at least 10 min early. Note: Weight limit on our boards is 250lbs for comfort and safety of the participant. Must be at least 12 years of age.
