Enjoy all the benefits of paddleboard yoga, with the added safety, comfort and beauty of Oglebay’s historic swimming pool! Taught by Lindsay Schooler, E-RYT and Certified SUP Yoga Center Instructor.
Each 60 minute session is all levels and open to beginners, though we will also offer more challenging options as folks progress in their practice. Classes are 9-10am, with added free time at the end!

~ guided meditation
~ pranayama (breath work)
~ plenty of yoga asana and movement!
~ gentle stretching with introspection
~ savasana (soothing final relaxation)
~ photos + extra time to play & paddle!
Dress comfortably, as you would for a hot yoga class, or wear a bathing suit under something comfy. Towels are provided. Please wear sunscreen, arrive hydrated and at least ten minutes early. REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8:00AM ON MAY 5TH!
