Join T’ai Chi and Qigong Instructor, Steve Perdok Sr. for this relaxing West Spa wellness class in the Wilson Lodge Movement Studio.
T’ai Chi is an exercise of the body, the mind, and the spirit. A series of movements and postures are performed very slowly. Qigong is the practice of aligning the breath with a stationary, coordinated, slow repetition of fluid movements in a calm, mindful state. These exercises have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions.
