Join wellness instructor, Steve Perdok Sr., in the Wilson Lodge Movement Studio for this energizing wellness class. T’ai Chi is an exercise of the body, the mind, and the spirit. A series of movements and postures are performed very slowly. Qigong is the practice of aligning the breath with a stationary, coordinated, slow repetition of fluid movements in a calm, mindful state. These exercises have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions.
