SUNSET YOGA 5:00 PM
Practicing yoga before winding down for the evening helps to clear the mind and achieve balance. Yoga can alleviate muscle stiffness and joint pain, leading to more restful sleep. This yoga class features a calming essential oil scent blend, which further encourages the body to relax and restore in a holistic way.

MORNING MEDITATION & GUIDED IMAGERY 7:00 AM
A morning meditation practice has been shown to reduce stress, make one more present, change the chemistry of the brain and prepare you for the day ahead. This morning meditation session will relax your mind like never before.

KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS 9:00 AM
In this kundalini yoga class, you’ll learn how to meditate through movement. You’ll experience an uplifting blend of the physical and the spiritual through dynamic breathing techniques, purposeful movement and meditation.
HOLISTIC HEALTH WORKSHOP – 10:00 AM
You will walk away from this one-hour class with the tools you need to make more mindful choices regarding food and lifestyle choices. Work through mental blocks related to food, learn about simple, yet effective, dietary swaps and leave with a plan to implement at home.
TAI CHI NATURE WALK 11:00 AM
In this session, we’ll incorporate Tai Chi into a beautiful nature walk on the Oglebay grounds. Tai Chi is considered to be meditation in motion. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety, while promoting serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

AROMATHERAPY & THE MIND
Experience how proper use of aromatherapy can be used to create a sense of clarity and mindfulness while promoting focus, clarity and creativity. Experience the power of Rosemary, Orange and Bergamot essential oils during this interactive class. Guests will walk away with a customized essential oil roller bottle and a better understanding of how to use essential oils at home.
MINDFUL MOBILITY CLASS 2:00 PM
Use a combination of Pilates and stretch bands in Oglebay’s movement studio to awaken your muscles, challenge your brain, and bring flexibility and awareness to your body.
FREE TIME 3:00-4:00 PM
Explore the beautiful Oglebay grounds by taking a hike, meditating or focusing on self-reflection. Spa services and private health coaching can also be booked during this time for an additional fee.
