FRIDAY, JANUARY 25
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Make & Take dōTERRA Workshop: Join Sarah Schimmel, a dōTERRA wellness advocate, for a 30-minute workshop where you’ll create your own customized wellness blend to take home. Cost is $10, payable at the West Spa prior to class. Workshop will be held in Hickman Lounge.
8:00 – 8:30 p.m. Evening Meditation: Join Sarah Wood in a 30-minute meditation where you’ll increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve sleep and mindfulness through visualization, breath and movement. Cost is $12, payable at the West Spa prior to class. Class will be held in Hickman Lounge. Class will be held in the Movement Studio.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 26
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Vinyasa Yoga: Join Sarah Wood in this one-hour Vinyasa Yoga Flow class features dynamic breath-focused practices that utilize sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility and will improve balance and endurance. Various modifications and use of props are introduced and emphasized. Cost is $12, payable at the West Spa prior to class. Class will be held in the Movement Studio.
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. T’ai Chi: Exercise your body, mind, and spirit as Steve Perdok leads you through a series of movements and postures performed very slowly. Qigong is the practice of aligning the breath with a stationary, coordinated, slow repetition of fluid movements in a calm, mindful state. No prior experience needed. Cost is $12, payable at the West Spa prior to class. Class will be held in the Movement Studio.
