Full-time hosts receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, AFLAC options, and a 457 retirement plan with a Roth option.

Hosts and their immediate family members enjoy free admission to a wide range of park activities, including the zoo, mini golf, lake and pool access, tennis, ice skating, trolley rides, and skiing. Hosts also receive 24-hour access to Oglebay's Fitness Center from Sunday through Thursday, plus up to two complimentary rounds of golf on select days, with discounted rates thereafter.

Hosts enjoy discounted admission to day camps, wellness classes, resort shops, spa services, take-out from our restaurants, stables, and Oglebay Institute classes and camps.

Thanks to our partnership with DailyPay, we offer a more flexible way to access earnings. DailyPay is an optional benefit that lets hosts access a portion of their paycheck before the scheduled pay day, giving them greater control over their finances.
