  Check-In & Check-Out
  Guest check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.

  Smoke-Free Accommodations
  All guest rooms and cottages are non-smoking to provide a clean, comfortable environment for every stay.

  Pet-Friendly Lodging
  Oglebay offers select pet-friendly accommodations for guests traveling with dogs. Pet-free rooms are also available upon request. See Pet Policy below for more information.

  Family-Friendly Amenities
  Pack-n-plays and rollaway beds are available in select rooms for an additional fee, making it easier for families to stay together comfortably.

  Outdoor Pool
  Resort and cottage guests enjoy complimentary access to the Crispin Center Outdoor Pool with a valid room key.

  In-Room Safety Guidelines
  For guest safety, cooking appliances including crockpots, hotplates, and similar devices are not permitted in guest rooms or cottages.

  Age Requirement
  Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve accommodations at Oglebay Park Resort.

  Quiet Hours
  Quiet hours are observed daily from 11 PM to 7 AM to help ensure a restful experience for all guests.

  Indoor Pool Access
  The indoor pool is available daily for resort guests from 7 AM to 11 PM. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: the indoor pool will be closed for maintenance May 25 through June 9, 2026.

  Enjoy the comfort of a home-away-from-home during your stay at Oglebay Park Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia. Our vacation cottages offer space to gather, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty of the park resort.

  Check-In & Check-Out
  Cottage check-in begins at 4 PM, with check-out by 10 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.

  Fully Equipped Kitchens
  Each cottage includes a full kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and more. Select cottages also feature dishwashers. Please check with the front desk before using additional appliances.

  Comforts of Home
  Cottages include cable TV and telephone service for your convenience.

  Linens & Laundry
  Fresh linens, towels, and pillowcases are provided. Daily linen exchanges are available through the Cottage Linen Room, and on-site laundry facilities are available for guest use.

  Complimentary Firewood
  Enjoy cozy evenings by the fire with complimentary firewood. For same-day delivery of additional wood, please contact the front desk by 1 PM.

  Family-Friendly Amenities
  Pack-n-plays and rollaway beds are available by request for an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  Cottage Care & Cleaning
  Guests are asked to keep cottages tidy and clean kitchen areas before departure. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

  Outdoor Grilling & Gathering
  Each cottage includes a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Guests are welcome to bring 10’x10’ canopies, though tents, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in cottage areas.

  Smoke-Free Cottages
  All cottages are non-smoking for the comfort of all guests. Open fires are not permitted, and furniture should not be rearranged near fireplaces or heat sources.

  Age Requirement
  The primary registered guest must be 21 years of age or older.

  Golf Cottages
  Golf cottages are reserved for groups of eight or more guests.

  Parking Information
  One vehicle is permitted per bedroom. For example, a four-bedroom cottage includes parking for up to four vehicles.

  ATM Access
  An ATM is available at the Oglebay Lodge front desk.

  Cleaning Fee
  A cleaning fee applies to one-night cottage stays.

• Pet Policy

  Oglebay Park Resort welcomes pets so your four-legged family members can be part of your getaway. Guests traveling with pets may reserve designated pet-friendly accommodations for a $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay (limit 2 per reservation). Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from pet fees and weight restrictions.

  To help provide a comfortable experience for all guests, pet-friendly accommodations are limited to only dogs. Pets must remain leashed or otherwise restrained while in public areas of the resort.

  Pets are welcome throughout much of the property but are not permitted in restaurants or food service areas, the spa, Good Zoo, retail shops, or museums. Owners are asked to clean up after pets and supervise them at all times during their stay.

  For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets should not be left unattended for extended periods. Pet-sitting information is available through the front desk.

• Reservations & Cancellation Policy

  A one-night deposit, including taxes and fees, is required at the time of booking for each reservation.

  Lodge Room Reservations
  Deposits made with a credit card are charged when the reservation is confirmed. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable. Late arrivals, no-shows, and early departures are responsible for the full original reservation amount.

  Cottage & Vacation Home Reservations
  Cancellations made fewer than 90 days before arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Reservations canceled more than 90 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.

  Advance Purchase Rates
  Advance purchase reservations require full payment at booking and are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount, including taxes and fees. Advance purchase offers are identified during booking and may include blackout dates or additional restrictions. These rates are not available for groups of eight or more and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
