Served from noon to 4 p.m. in the Glessner Ballroom, our holiday menu features carving stations of beef steamship, oven roasted turkey, and Atlantic salmon. Each dish is expertly prepared by Oglebay’s culinary team, including our new-twists on traditional Thanksgiving Day staples like traditional dressing, braised beef short rib, and green bean casserole. Finish your meal with a trip to our indulgent dessert display, featuring seasonal cakes, pies, and assortment of mini delectable desserts.
