The West Spa welcomes you to a variety of wellness classes, whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or looking for new ideas to mix up your current routine. This fun and inviting Vinyasa sequence is designed to cultivate focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility. This class is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
A practice done mostly in stillness, with the intention of helping you wind down your busy week to peacefully glide into whatever tomorrow brings.
A 45-minute class for children ages 4 – 10. This class is designed to introduce children to the foundations of movement and meditation in a fun and playful manner. Drop them off, or stick around for the fun!
T’ai Chi & Qigong
T’ai Chi is an exercise of the body, mind, and spirit. A series of movements and postures are performed very slowly. Qigong is the practice of aligning the breath with stationary, coordinated, slow repetition of fluid movements in a calm, mindful state. These exercises have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions.

Meet the Instructors
T’ai Chi and Qigong instructor Steve Perdok Sr. Is an accomplished martial artist in Karate and T’ai Chi and has 35 years of instructing Children , Adults and Senior’s in different modalities of Healthy Arts and exercise. His latest certification was from Dr. Paul Lam’s T’ai Chi for Health Institute for T’ai Chi for arthritis and fall prevention.
Zachary Templeton, RYT-200
Zachary has been a practicing yogi for about 11 years. After repeated burn- out and injuries, participating in rigorous exercise programs, he discovered yoga. After allowing it to change his life, he attended Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton Florida for his teaching certification. He also has additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga. He now spends his days practicing and teaching others the benefits of yoga.
