T'ai Chi & Qigong
T’ai Chi is an exercise of the body, mind, and spirit—a series of movements and postures are performed very slowly. Qigong is the practice of aligning the breath with stationary, coordinated, slow repetition of fluid movements in a calm, mindful state.
