Children are divided into groups by age. Each child is placed in a group of approximately ten campers led by one counselor.
2024 Pricing & Registration
Campers may register at Wheeling Park’s main office 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily beginning April 1.
Early Bird Discount! Enjoy 10% off 6 week and 9 week registration when you register before April 30, 2024.
Day Camp Pricing (Full day)
- Daily Fee: $22
- Weekly Fee : $100
- Six Weeks (1 child): $475
- Six Weeks Additional Child: $385
- Nine Weeks (1 child): $610
- Nine Weeks Additional Child: $485
Preschool Program Pricing (Half day)
- Daily Fee: $13
- Weekly Fee : $60
- Six Weeks (1 child): $300
- Six Weeks Additional Child: $225
- Nine Weeks (1 child): $385
- Nine Weeks Additional Child: $295
Before & After Care
We offer before and after care at the White Palace for an additional fee. This program runs daily from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. and from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Our Preschool Program before care and after care program runs daily from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. and from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m.

- First Child: $6 per hour
- Additional Child: $4 per hour

Additional Information
Time & Location
Day Camp is held Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Campers meet at the Stifel Playground and will use Wheeling Park facilities throughout the camp season. Preschool campers will attend half-day camp and may be picked up at 12:30 p.m. at the pool. Alternatively, after care is available for preschool campers.
What To Bring
Each camper should wear tennis shoes, bring a towel, a swim suit, and a lunch. A beverage will be provided to each camper. Campers are to have all personal belongings clearly marked with last name to avoid loss.
Sign In & Pick Up
Sign in is at 9:30 a.m. at the playground. Pick up is from 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. in the grassy area next to the pool entrance. Preschool pick up is at 12:30 p.m. in the pool lobby. In an effort to maintain a safe environment for all children, every child must be signed in and out of camp by a parent or approved guardian.
