The Pepperoni Roll Festival kicks off Saturday, May 9, with a full day of family activities, live music, cooking demonstrations, and the ultimate pepperoni roll showdown. As the day unfolds, the park comes alive with plenty to see, taste, and enjoy.

Start Saturday with a spirited challenge that celebrates speed, determination, and a little hometown pride.

Participants will race up the hill in a fast and fun competition where only the quickest climbers earn the crown. Spectators are encouraged to cheer on the racers as they sprint, laugh, and push for the top.

The winners will earn the official title of King and Queen of the Hill — along with bragging rights and a little pepperoni roll glory.

Registration begins April 1.

"Pep in Our Step" Kids Fun Run

Designed especially for young runners, the free "Pep in Our Step" Kids Fun Run is all about movement, smiles, and crossing the finish line with pride.

Families can gather along the scenic Hofreuter Walking Trail as kids dash their way through a fun and supportive course. With plenty of cheers and high-fives along the way, it’s the perfect opportunity for kids to burn some energy and celebrate the joy of being active.

Bring your sense of humor along for the run. Participants are encouraged to dress silly, run happy, and stop along the way for fun photo moments that capture the spirit of the day.
