  Labor Day Fireworks Extravaganza

  Sunday, Sept 1 at Dusk

  Grab a spot near Schenk Lake or The Hilltop as the night sky comes alive with an unforgettable fireworks display!

  Fireworks begin at the conclusion of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra Music Under the Stars performance, which takes place at Anne Kuchinka Amphitheater on The Hilltop.

  Fort Henry Days

  Saturday, Aug 31 & Sunday, Sept 1 | 10 am – 5 pm
  Levenson Shelter & Camp Russel

  Witness history come to life through dramatic battle re-enactments and period-correct demonstrations. Prepare to be transported to the time of Betty Zane, Sam McColloch, and Lewis Wetzel when uncommon courage was commonplace.

  Watch the acclaimed battle re-enactment of the siege of Fort Henry with young Betty Zane’s heroic run for gunpowder.

  Join the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, conducted by John Devlin, at Oglebay’s Anne Kuchinka Amphitheater. Plus, enjoy an incredible fireworks display at the end of the show!

  The Sunday Funday Concert Series is presented by the Elizabeth Stifel Kline Foundation and SWN.
