Oglebay Good Zoo ~
Take a walk on the wild side and observe more than 50 species of animals, 20 of which are rare or endangered. Dedicated in memory of the late Philip Mayer Good in 1977, the Good Zoo is the only institution in the state of West Virginia accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
Experience the Outback Exhibit and Lorikeet Landing. Observe cheetahs, lemurs, red pandas, and river otters. Explore the Wonders of the Wetlands habitat featuring a bald eagle and various other plants and animals that call these fragile areas home. The iconic red barn is filled with friendly, domestic animals including llamas, goats, and donkeys.
Don't miss the historic C.P. Huntington Train which takes visitors on a 1.5-mile journey through the Good Zoo.
