Check-in for any lodge room begins at 4 p.m., early arrivals are not guaranteed. Early arrivals may incur an early arrival fee. However, overnight guests are encouraged to enjoy the park resort's facilities prior to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. Oglebay Lodge check-out is at 11 a.m.

A one-night deposit, including tax, per room is required at the time of booking. Lodge room cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Oglebay Park Resort reserves the right to modify your lodging reservation with a comparable lodging option at it's discretion when necessary. Guests will be notified should this occur.

Promotional lodging discounts require payment in full at time of booking and are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Cancellation or changes to a reservation will forfeit the full payment, plus taxes. Discounted offers apply only to new reservations and are not applicable to groups of 8 or more. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, sale, promotion, package or prior reservation.

Oglebay Park Resort is a non-smoking park, and smoking is not permitted in Cottages, Cabins, Homes, or anywhere within the park's 2,000-acre property. Guests must be 21 years old to reserve a room. No more than 5 guests per room.
