Twinkle Trot ~

Are you ready to embark on a brand-new holiday adventure? Join us for the very first Festival of Lights Twinkle Trot and journey through a winter wonderland adorned with millions of sparkling lights, festive displays, and heartwarming holiday music!

NOTICE: The route for the Schenk Lake and Wilson Lodge light displays will be closed until the conclusion of the Twinkle Trot 5K race on Sunday, November 19. Expected reopening time is 8 p.m. The Speidel portion of the lights will open at dusk as usual. 

Event Details

Race begins at Oglebay Good Zoo. Distance is about 5K. Walking and jogging permitted. Creative holiday attire strongly encouraged. All participants must have a personal light to not only guide them through the race but to make sure other participants can see them. Event will take place rain or shine.

All participants registered by Friday, November 17 will receive a souvenir t-shirt. 

Online registration ends Sunday, November 19 at 11 a.m. On-site registration at Levenson Shelter begins at 4 p.m.
